Your Right to Data Deletion

At UseFlowy, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

This page explains how to request data deletion, what data will be deleted, and the timeline for processing your request.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Self-Service (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your UseFlowy account
  2. Go to SettingsAccount
  3. Click on "Delete My Account"
  4. Confirm your decision
  5. Your account and all data will be scheduled for deletion

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to support@useflowy.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your organization name (if applicable)
  • Confirmation that you want all data deleted

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:

  • Account Information: Name, email, password (hashed), profile picture
  • Organization Data: Organization name, settings, team members
  • Bots and Configurations: All chatbots you've created, including their flows and settings
  • Conversation History: All chat logs and message history
  • WhatsApp Data: Configuration, phone numbers, and conversation metadata
  • Analytics Data: Usage statistics and performance metrics
  • Payment Information: We do not store full credit card numbers; only transaction references will be deleted

Data We May Retain

In some cases, we may need to retain certain data as required by law:

  • Legal Obligations: Tax records and financial transactions (as required by Peruvian law)
  • Fraud Prevention: Information necessary to prevent fraud or abuse
  • Aggregate Analytics: Anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics

Deletion Timeline

  • 1Immediate: Your account will be deactivated and you will be logged out
  • 2Within 30 days: All personal data will be removed from our active systems
  • 3Within 90 days: Data will be purged from all backup systems

Facebook/WhatsApp Data Deletion

If you connected your WhatsApp Business account through Facebook Login:

  • Your WhatsApp configuration will be deleted from UseFlowy
  • Access tokens and credentials will be revoked
  • Conversation history stored in UseFlowy will be deleted
  • To revoke UseFlowy's access to your Facebook account, visit Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites

Note: UseFlowy cannot delete data stored by Meta/Facebook. To request deletion from Meta, visit the Facebook Help Center.
