Automate with programmatic keys: agencies, n8n, Zapier, or your own code.
Start in 3 steps
- Create an API key in Settings → API Keys (Viewer role = read-only by default).
- Save the key: it is shown only once (ufk_...).
- Use it in the x-api-key header of any data endpoint of your organization.

Viewer (recommended)
Read-only: GET endpoints for bots, conversations, campaigns, bookings, and analytics.
Operator
Read and write on data endpoints. Never touches auth, billing, or admin.
Delegated permissions
When creating an API key you can delegate specific permissions (e.g. content.create) instead of granting full role access. A key can never do more than the user who created it, and it automatically loses permissions that user loses.
Create and manage your keys at Settings → Credentials.
