Connect your WordPress site

The UseFlowy Push plugin for WordPress connects your site to the platform. On sync, your bot learns from your site: services, availability, and contact channels.

Step 1 — Download the plugin

Step 2 — Install it in WordPress

1. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the .zip file.
2. Activate the plugin.

You'll see the UseFlowy Push menu in your WordPress admin.

Step 3 — Connect it to your account

1. In your UseFlowy dashboard, go to Push → Apps and copy your App Key.
2. In WordPress, open UseFlowy Push → Settings and paste the App Key.
3. Save the changes.

Step 4 — Sync

Press Sync in the plugin. Within seconds:

• Your bot is created (or updated) in UseFlowy.
• The bot receives the connector's conversation playbook (for example IziBooking or WooCommerce): its tools, entry rules, and step-by-step guidance.
• Everything is visible in your bot → Settings → Connector.

After the first sync

• Whenever something changes on your site, press Sync again: the bot updates itself.
• Improvements you approve in UseFlowy are applied on top of the playbook and survive re-syncs.
• If your business uses IziBooking, configure booking policies (same-day, minimum lead time) in the Booking Policy card in the plugin's settings.
