Agent logs

See what your bot did turn by turn — decisions, executed tools and results — to audit and debug.

Every conversation leaves an auditable trail of what the agent did: what it decided, which tools it executed and with what result. Use it to debug unexpected replies, audit actions on your business, and understand per-turn cost.

Where to find them

Open your bot and go to Agent Logs (bot panel). There are four views:

View What it shows
Decisions Every agent turn: what it intended and why (summarized reasoning, provider/model used)
Executions Every tool execution: received arguments, result and duration
Supervisor The multi-agent router's turns: which specialist it delegated to and the outcome
Stats Totals and trends: turns, most-used tools, success rate

Practical uses

  • "The bot replied something odd": find the turn in Decisions, check the finalResponse and stoppedReason (completed, max_steps, error) — you'll know whether it was a data problem, a tool problem or a model problem.
  • "Did the bot create the booking?": in Executions filter by the tool (create_booking) and verify the result.
  • Cost: every record stores input/output tokens and the provider — useful to understand consumption per intent.

Retention

Logs are kept along with the bot. If a turn fails (say, an AI provider outage), it is also recorded with its error — nothing is invisible.

::note
Agent logs are a platform feature and are not sent to customers: they are your internal audit tool.
