How a bot gets started

1. From your website (recommended): install our WordPress plugin and the bot is generated automatically by analyzing your site — services, schedules, and tone of voice.
2. Manually: create your bot in the dashboard and design its conversation flow with the visual builder.

Where everything is managed

In the dashboard you'll find, for each bot: Dashboard (metrics), Settings (general, AI, connector), Agent Logs (what the bot did in each conversation), and Improvements (improvement suggestions with manual approval).
